河长制“一河一策”中水污染分析及处理措施

Analysis and Treatment of Water Pollution in“One River,One Policy”System of River Director

为研究河长制“一河一策”方案编制和实施中存在的问题以及对应的解决措施,现以玛纳斯河河长制“一河一策”中河道水污染问题为例,对流域内主要造成河道水污染的生活污水、生活垃圾及农业面源污染情况及存在的问题进行详述,并有针对性地对县城、集镇及农村污染情况提出具体解决措施,为今后河长制方案的编制及具体推行提供了有力依据。

In order to study the problems and corresponding solutions in the formulation and implementation of the“one river,one policy”plan of the Manas River system,this paper takes the river water pollution problem in the“one river,one policy”of the Manas River system as an example to elaborate the domestic sewage,living garbage and agricultural non-point source pollution and existing problems that mainly cause river water pollution in the river basin,and pertinence to the county.The specific measures to solve the pollution situation in cities,market towns and rural areas provide a strong basis for the formulation and implementation of the river system in the future.
