摘要
"后评估时代"强调以服务效能为中心。图书馆是提升服务效能的保障基础,馆员是提升服务效能的有效载体,读者需求是提升服务效能的衡量标准。通过对这三大要素的分析,提出提升公共图书馆服务效能的路径。
In post-evaluation era,service effectiveness is the focus of public library development. There are three major factors of service effectiveness. The first factor is libraries themselves and their geographic distribution,as that is the basis of service. The second is libarians,as they are providers of service. The third is readers’ demand,as it is the gauge of service effectiveness. This article,by analyzing those factors,draws a road map to improving service effectiveness of public library.
