摘要
提出用AT89C51和电压比较器LM393设计电荷平衡式模数转换器的方法,并构建了一个直流电压测量系统.在Proteus仿真平台上,进行系统的软硬件设计和联合调试,仿真测试结果表明:在20%~90%量程范围内,所设计模数转换器转换精度和线性度均优于1%.
A method for designing a charge-balanced Analog-to-Digital Converter with AT89C51 and a voltage comparator LM393 is proposed and a DC voltage measurement system is constructed.On the Proteus simulation platform,the software and hardware design and the joint debugging of the system are carried out.Finally,the simulation results show that the accuracy and linearity of the designed Analog-to-Digital Converter are better than 1%in the range of 20%to 90%.
