摘要
在甲苯溶剂中,在醋酸钾及手性硫脲的协同作用下,(E)-4-甲氧基-β-硝基苯乙烯与β-溴代乙酰乙酸乙酯经过串联的反应制备出手性的呋喃酮产物.该反应只需要一步串联的Michael-5-exo-trig环化反应就能有效地构建不对称的呋喃酮产物.
A cascade reaction of(E)-1-methoxy-4-(2-nitrovinyl)benzene and ethyl 4-bromo-3-oxobutanoate was designed for the enantioselective synthesis of furanone with the synergistic interactions of chiral thiourea and KOAc in toluene.The reaction underwent efficiently a domino Michael-5-exo-trig cyclization process to deliver the asymmetric furanone in one step.
