摘要
以工业废弃物硫酸亚铁为主要原料合成高铁酸钠,并用于深度处理含有机磷印染废水.考察了高铁酸钠投加量、初始pH、反应时间对水样COD、TP、色度去除率的影响.实验结果表明,直接投加高铁酸钠3 mL/L、反应时间60 min,对水样COD、TP、色度的去除率分别为70.65%、57.41%、95.00%.相比聚合硫酸铁(PFS)、聚合氯化铝(PAC),高铁酸钠对COD、TP的去除率均提高25%以上.
With the industrial waste ferrous sulfate as the main raw material,sodium ferrate was synthesized and used for advanced treatment of organophosphorus printing and dyeing wastewater.The effects of sodium ferrate dosage,initial pH value and reaction time on the removal rates of COD,TP and chroma were investigated.The experimental results show that when the sodium ferrate dosage was 3 mL/L and reaction time was 60 min,the removal rates of COD,TP and chroma were up to 70.65%,57.41%and 95.00%,respectively.Compared with PFS and PAC,the removal rates of COD and TP were increased by more than 25%.
