从《至正条格》看元代的档案管理

Study on Archives Management in Yuan Dynasty from Zhizheng Tiaoge

《至正条格》是元代后期一部重要的法典,颁行于元顺帝至正六年。此法典久已亡佚。幸运的是,2002年韩国庆州发现该书元刻残本,2007年予以公布。其"断例"部分"职制"门有15条与元代的档案文书有关,涉及档案传递、档案查勘、档案保管、档案利用等内容,这为我们研究元代档案提供了新的资料。

Zhizheng Tiaoge was an important code in the late Yuan Dynasty,which was promulgated in the sixth year of Emperor Shun.The code has disappeared for a long time.Fortunately,the residuary block-printed edition of the book was discovered in Gyeongju of Korea in 2002,and was announced to the public in 2007.There are fifteen provisions in the duty system of Duanli in the code related to the archives documents,involving transfer,survey,custody and utilization of the archives,which provide new materials for the study on the archives management of Yuan Dynasty.
