Difficulties and Reform Countermeasures of Archival Work System Construction in Colleges and Universities

探讨目前高校的档案工作普遍存在档案来源分散、管理职能不明确、档案信息化水平低、电子文件缺乏监管、档案利用手段落后等突出问题,并对如何坚持创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享五大发展理念,充分发挥各类主体的积极作用,实现高校档案治理体系治理能力现代化是高校档案工作深化改革面临的重大问题提出见解。

The paper discusses some outstanding problems in archival work in colleges and universities,such as scattered sources of archives,unclear management functions,low level of archives informatization,lack of supervision of electronic documents and backward means of archives utilization.Then it puts forward suggestions of how to adhere to the development conceptions of innovation,coordination,green,openness and inclusiveness,how to give full play to the positive role of all kinds of main bodies,and how to realize the modernization of management ability of the archives management system in colleges and universities when faced with the deepening reform of archival work.
