“双一流”视阈下高校智慧图书馆建设策略思考

Construction Strategy of Smart Libraries in Universities in Double First-class View

智慧图书馆是高校图书馆发展的理想模式,同时高校"双一流"建设的总体目标和环境,给图书馆建设发展提供了新的契机和动力。本文在智慧图书馆建设的理念、技术和趋势基本形成的基础上,从"双一流"建设的视角出发,分析探讨高校智慧图书馆建设的核心理念以及"双一流"高校智慧图书馆发展的方向、定位,并且从实践和发展两个方面思考,提出"双一流"背景下高校图书馆部署智能力、推进智慧力和践行智慧育人使命的智慧化建设的推进策略。

Smart library is the ideal model for the development of university libraries.At the same time,the overall goal and environment of the"double first-class"construction of universities provides a new opportunity and motivation for the development of the library,and also presents new challenges and goals for the university libraries to realize innovative development and help promote"double first-class"construction.Therefore,integrating university smart library construction into the overall deployment of“double first-class”construction is proper,and adhering to the direction of smart construction is also the inevitable trend of the sustainable development of university libraries.Based on the basic formation of the concept,technology and trend of the construction of smart library,this paper analyzes and discusses the core concept of the construction of smart library in universities and the development direction and orientation of smart library in the"double first-class"universities from the perspective of"double first-class"construction.Then thinking from the two aspects of practice and development,the paper puts forward the promotion strategy of the smart construction of the university libraries to deploy intelligence,promote wisdom and practice the mission of“wisdom education”under the background of"double first-class".
