左乙拉西坦对癫痫的临床治疗效果探讨

The clinical effect of levetiracetam on epilepsy

目的探讨左乙拉西坦对癫痫的临床治疗效果。方法选取2016年1月~2019年2月期间我院收治的72例癫痫病变患者为主要研究对象,将其按照随机均匀分组的方式分为对照组与研究组,每组36例。给予对照组患者卡马西平治疗,而研究组则需要接受左乙拉西坦治疗,针对两组患者的临床治疗效果、不良反应发生情况、治疗后的主要指标及治疗前后的癫痫发作次数进行观察并比较。结果研究组患者治疗后总有效率97.2%,明显高于对照组的75.0%,患者的癫痫发作次数(6.2±1.7)次/月,少于对照组的(10.1±2.2)次/月,研究组治疗后CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+和HLA-DR均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组患者在不良反应发生方面无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论针对癫痫患者的药物治疗,应用左乙拉西坦的效果较好,该药物可在临床中进行推广。

Objective To investigate the practical application of levetiracetam in the treatment of patients with epilepsy in the clinic.Methods 72 patients with epilepsy who were admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to February 2019 were selected as the main subjects and divided into the control group and the study group according to random and even grouping,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was given carbamazepine for treatment.While the study group was received levetiracetam for treatment.The clinical treatment effect,the occurrence of adverse reactions,the main indicators after treatment and seizure frequency before and after treatment between the two groups were observed and compared.Results The effective rate of the study group was 97.2%after drug treatment,which was better than 75.0%of the control group.The seizure frequency of the study group was(6.2±1.7)times/month,which was less than that of the control group(10.1±2.2)times/month.The CD3^+,CD4^+,CD8^+and HLA-DR in the observation were better than those in the control group,with statistically significant significance(P<0.05).But there was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For the treatment of patients with epilepsy,levetiracetam has better effect,and the drug can be promoted in the clinic.
