摘要
建立C 16-18醇聚氧乙烯醚中的乙酸的测定方法。方法:高效液相色谱法,采用C 18柱;以乙腈-pH 3.0缓冲液(5∶95)作为流动相A,以乙腈作为流动相B进行梯度洗脱;流速为1.0 mL·min-1;柱温为35℃,检测波长为210 nm,结果:定量限为0.25μg·mL-1(相当于0.005%),线性范围为5.49~54.90μg·mL-1,加样回收率为94.4%,重复性的RSD为2.7%,供试品溶液室温放置16 h稳定。结论:该方法准确可靠,适用于C16-18醇聚氧乙烯醚中乙酸的含量测定。
Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the quantitative determination of acetic acid in C16-18 ethoxylated.Methods:The samples were separated by acetonitrileand phosphate buffer solution under gradient elutions on the C 18 columnat a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1;The detector wavelength was 210nm and the column temperature was set at 35℃.Results:The LOQ of acetic acidwas 0.25μg·mL-1,There was good linearity in the range of 5.49~54.90μg·mL-1 of acetic acid with r=0.9999 and the average recovery as 94.4%,The repeatability RSD acetic acid of the samples was 2.7%.The test solution was stable in 16 hours.Conclusion:The method is accurate and reliable,and has good reproducibility.It can be applied to the control of acetic acid in C16-18 ethoxylated.
