摘要
目的建立新的药用玻璃容器中砷、锑、铅、镉浸出量的测定方法。方法采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定药用玻璃容器中砷、锑、铅、镉的浸出量。四种元素在0~100ng·mL-1范围内线性良好,相关系数r=0.9993~0.9998,检出限为0.001~0.01ng·mL-1,回收率为96%~111%。新建方法符合方法验证要求。结论该法快速高效,灵敏度高,绿色环保,可以作为国家药包材标准YBB00372004-2015中规定检测方法的一种参考方法。
Objective:To establish a new method for determination of As,Sb,Pb,Cd extraction in pharmaceutical glass containers.Method:Simultaneous analysis of As,Sb,Pb,Cdby ICP-MS.The four elements showed good linearity in the range of 0~100ng·mL-1,r=0.9993~0.9998,The detection limit was 0.001~0.01 ng·mL-1,the recovery was 96%~111%.The new method accords with method validation.Conclusion:This method was simple and rapid with high sensitivity,good accuracy and green environmental protection.
