马铃薯喷雾剂对化疗性静脉炎小鼠的抗炎消肿作用

A Study on Anti-inflammation and Detumescence Effects of Potato Sprays on the Mice with Chemotherapy-induced Phlebitis

目的:观察马铃薯喷雾剂体内抗炎、消肿的作用,探究其防治化疗性静脉炎(chemotherapy induced phlebitis,CIP)的潜在药用价值。方法:将昆明种小鼠30只随机分为空白对照组、喜辽妥软膏组、马铃薯喷雾剂组。采用酒石酸长春瑞滨注射液(VIN)建立CIP小鼠模型,考察马铃薯喷雾剂对化疗性静脉炎的抑制作用;采用二甲苯建立耳肿胀模型,考察马铃薯喷雾剂的抗炎消肿作用。结果:与空白对照组比较,马铃薯喷雾剂组能显著抑制VIN所致的CIP及二甲苯所致耳廓肿胀,具有显著抗炎消肿活性(P<0.05),马铃薯喷雾剂组耳肿胀抑制率与喜辽妥软膏组作用相当(P>0.05)。VIN所致CIP病理切片显示,与喜辽妥软膏组比较,马铃薯喷雾剂组有明显抑制组织液和炎性物质渗出,减少血管充血和炎细胞数量,具有一定的抗炎消肿作用。结论:马铃薯喷雾剂在抗炎活性方面显示出较强的作用,其机制可能与降低毛细血管通透性及降低炎性细胞数量有关。

Objective:To investigate the potential medical value of potato sprays in the prevention and treatment of chemotherapy-induced phlebitis(CIP)by observing anti-inflammation and detumuescence effects of potato sprays in vivo.Methods:Thirty Kunming mice were randomly divided into the blank control group,mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream group and potato sprays group,vinorelbine tartrate injection(VIN)was adopted to prepare CIP mice models,to investigate the inhibitory effect of potato sprays on CIP;dimethylbenzene(DIM)was used to establish ear swelling model,to survey the anti-inflammatory and detumescent effects of potato sprays.Results:Compared with the blank control group,potato sprays group could signficantly inhibit VIN-induced CIP and DIM-induced ear swelling,and it possessed the anti-inflammatory and detumuescent effects(P<0.05).Pathological section of VIN-induced CIP demonstrated that,compared with mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream group,potato sprays group could inhibit the exudation of tissue fluid and inflammatory substance obviously,relieve vascular congestion and the number of inflammatory cells,and it pessessed the certain effects of anti-inflammatory and detumuescence(P<0.05).Conclusion:Potato sprays show stronger anti-inflammatory activity,and its mechanism might be related to decreasing capillary permeability.
