中医平衡康复护理模式对声带息肉患者声带功能的影响

Impacts of TCM Balanced Rehabilitation Nursing Model on Vocal Function of the Patients with Polyp of Vocal Cord

目的:探讨中医平衡康复护理模式对声带息肉患者声带功能的影响。方法:将声带息肉患者100例随机分为2组各50例,对照组应用常规护理模式,研究组应用中医平衡康复护理模式,比较不同护理方式护理后两组患者嗓音学指标最大发声时间(maximum phonation time,MPT)、谐噪比(Harmonic noise ratio,H/N)、频率微扰商(frequency perturbation quotient,FPQ)、振幅微扰商(Amplitude perturbation quotient,APQ)以及临床症状改善情况。结果:护理后两组患者MPT、H/N、FPQ、APQ以及临床症状均得到一定程度的改善,研究组MPT和H/N改善优于对照组(P<0.05);护理后研究组患者症状总积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医平衡康复护理模式能减轻声带息肉患者心理负担,有利于声带功能的恢复。

Objective:To discuss the effects of TCM balanced rehabilitation nursing model on vocal function of the patients suffering polyp of vocal cord.Methods:All 100 patients were randomized into two groups,50 cases each group,the control group adopted conventional nursing model,and the study group TCM balanced rehabilitation nursing model,to compare maximum phonation time(MPT),harmonic/noise ratio(H/N),frequency perturbation quotient(FPQ),amplitude perturbation quotientc(APQ)and the improvements of clinical symptoms of the patients between both groups after nursed by different nursing models.Results:After nursing,MPT,H/N,FPQ,APQ and clinical symptoms of both groups have been improved to a certain degrees,the study group was superior to the control group in the improvements of MPT and H/N(P<0.05);after nursing the study group was lower than the control group in total symptoms scores(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM balanced rehabilitation nursing model could relieve mental load of the patients and it could help the recovery of vocal function.
