摘要
急性肾损伤(AKI)是心脏大血管外科手术后的常见并发症之一,评估高龄、糖尿病及体外循环时间等因素,可帮助识别心脏大血管外科术后AKI高风险人群,但目前早期诊断、有效预防及治疗AKI仍存在众多难题。本文对心脏大血管外科手术后AKI的诊疗进展进行综述。
Acute kidney injury(AKI)is one of the common complications after cardiac and major vascular surgery.Evaluation of the factors,such as advanced age,diabetes and extracorporeal circulation time,can help identify the high-risk AKI patients after cardiac major vascular surgery.However,many problems still exist in early diagnosis,effective prevention and treatment of AKI.This article reviews the recent progress in diagnosis and treatment of cardiac and vascular surgery-associated AKI.
