慢性鼻窦炎并发鼻息肉患者术后应用鼻用激素疗效分析

Analysis of the efficacy of nasal hormones applied after surgery in patients with chronic sinusitis and concurrent nasal polyps

目的分析慢性鼻窦炎并发鼻息肉患者术后应用鼻用激素的临床疗效及其在预防术后复发的效果。方法慢性鼻窦炎并发鼻息肉患者术后分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组患者术后应用辅舒良喷鼻及鼻腔鼻窦冲洗,对照组单纯应用鼻腔鼻窦冲洗,比较术后3个月内的临床疗效及复发情况。结果治疗组有效率为99.70%,对照组有效率为92.68%,治疗组复发率为2.44%,明显低于对照组17.07%。结论慢性鼻窦炎并发鼻息肉患者术后应用辅舒良可明显缓解患者的不适症状,减少术后复发率。

Objective The clinical efficacy of nasal hormones applied after surgery in patients with chronic sinusitis and concurrent nasal polyps was analyzed and the effect of relapse after preventive surgery.Methods Patients with chronic sinusitis and concurrent nasal polyps were divided into treatment group and control group after surgery,patients in the treatment group applied auxiliary shuliang nasal spray and nasal sinus flushing after surgery,and the control group applied sinus flushing in the nasal sinus alone,comparing the clinical efficacy and recurrence within 3 months of surgery.Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 99.70%,the effective rate of the control group was 92.68%,and the recurrence rate in the treatment group was 2.44%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group of 17.07%.Conclusions The application of auxiliary shuliang after surgery in patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps can significantly alleviate the patient’s discomfort and reduce the recurrence rate after surgery.
