早期分级吞咽康复训练用于脑卒中吞咽功能障碍中的价值

The value of early graded swallowing rehabilitation training in swallowing dysfunction in stroke

目的将早期分级吞咽康复训练用于脑卒中吞咽障碍患者中,对其应用价值进行评价。方法选取2013年8月~2014年12月收治的68例脑卒中患者,以数字随机表法分成观察组(n=34)与对照组(n=34),对照组行常规护理,观察组在此基础上行早期分级吞咽康复训练,对两组干预前后吞咽功能及并发症发生情况进行观察。结果观察组吞咽功能主要为Ⅰ~Ⅱ级,对照组主要为Ⅲ~Ⅴ级,观察组吞咽功能与对照组相比,相对更好(P<0.05);观察组干预后并发症率为5.88%,相比对照组26.47%,明显更低(P<0.05)。结论早期分级吞咽康复训练在脑卒中吞咽障碍患者中应用价值较高,利于改善患者吞咽功能障碍,还可减少并发症,值得应用。

Objective Early graded swallowing rehabilitation training was used in patients with stroke and dysphagia,and its application value was evaluated.Methods 68 stroke patients admitted from August 2013 to December 2014 were divided into observation group(n=34)and control group(n=34)by digital random table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group underwent early graded swallow rehabilitation training on this basis.Swallowing function and complications were observed before and after intervention in the two groups.Results The swallowing function in the observation group was mainlyⅠ~Ⅱ,and the control group was mainlyⅢ~Ⅴ.The swallowing function in the observation group was relatively better than the control group(P<0.05);The complication rate in the observation group after intervention was 5.88%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group 26.47%(P<0.05).Conclusions Early graded swallowing rehabilitation training has higher application value in patients with stroke and dysphagia,which is conducive to improving patients’swallowing dysfunction and can reduce complications,which is worth applying.
