Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo in late twin pregnancy:A case report and literature review

目的分析妊娠期良性阵发性位置性眩晕(BPPV)患者的临床特征,提高对该类人群BPPV的认识及诊疗水平。方法回顾性分析1例妊娠期BPPV患者临床资料,总结临床诊疗经验。结果妊娠期良性阵发性位置性眩晕主要表现亦为眩晕,伴有眼震。可行手法复位。结论手法复位同样适合妊娠期BPPV这类特殊患者,亦可取得良好效果。

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo(BPPV)in pregnancy,and to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of BPPV.Methods A case of BPPV in pregnancy was analyzed retrospectively,and the experience of clinical diagnosis and treatment was summarized.Results The main manifestation of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo in pregnancy was also vertigo with nystagmus.Reduction by manipulation is feasible.Conclusion Manual reduction is also suitable for BPPV in pregnancy and can achieve good results.
