CT影像诊断支气管扩张症的临床作用探析

Analysis of the clinical effect of CT imaging in the diagnosis of bronchiectasis

目的:探究将CT影像应用于支气管扩张症患者诊断中的价值,分析其临床可用性。方法:本次研究实验时段设置为2016年5月至2018年4月,在该时段内,对我院数据库中支气管扩张症患者个体资料进行统计调查,录入其中10例患者作为本次研究实验样本。所有患者经支气管造影检查均确认为支气管扩张症,对所有患者进行多层螺旋CT扫查,分析CT检查应用于支气管扩张症中的诊断价值,分析其临床可用性。结果:本次研究结果中显示所有患者经临床CT影像扫查后,患者均确诊为支气管扩张症,阳性率为100%。同时螺旋CT对于患者的病症诊断类型有准确的诊断结果,能够有效明确患者的征象表现类型,对于不同肺段的支气管扩张均有准确诊断效果。结论:对支气管扩张症进行诊断时,应用CT影像,有助于明确患者的具体病症状况,对于患者的征象表现类型来说,也有积极具有较高的可用价值,值得推广。

Objective To explore the value of CT imaging in the diagnosis of patients with bronchiectasis and to analyze its clinical usability.Methods The experimental period of this study was set from May 2016 to April 2018.During this period,the individual data of patients with bronchiectasis in our database were statistically surveyed,and 10 patients were included as the experimental samples of this research.All patients were confirmed as bronchiectasis by bronchography.Multi-slice spiral CT scan was performed on all patients.The diagnostic value of CT examination in bronchiectasis was analyzed and its clinical usability was analyzed.Results The results of this study showed that all patients were diagnosed with bronchiectasis after clinical CT scans,and the positive rate was 100%.At the same time,spiral CT has accurate diagnosis results for the patient’s disease diagnosis type,can effectively clarify the patient’s signs and expression types,and has accurate diagnostic results for bronchiectasis in different lung segments.Conclusion The use of CT imaging in the diagnosis of bronchiectasis helps to clarify the specific condition of the patient.It also has a positive value for the type of patient’s signs and is worth promoting.
