B超产前检查诊断胎儿异常的临床价值评估

Clinical Value of B-mode Ultrasound in Prenatal Diagnosis of Fetal Abnormalities

目的:探究评估B超产前检查诊断胎儿异常的临床价值。方法:选取我院2018年-2019年期间收治的128例产妇为观察评估对象,按照B超检查前后顺序不同分为参照组和诊断组各64例,分别实施B超产后检查和B超产前检查,观察对比两组产妇产出胎儿的异常情况。结果:根据产后结果对比,诊断组出现胎儿异常的概率较低,自然分娩率更高,且组间研究数据差异(P<0.05)具有统计学意义。结论:对产妇实施B超产前检查有利于提高产妇的自然分娩率,对于异常发育情况可以提前采取应对措施,降低胎儿降生后出现异常的概率,具有较高的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To explore and evaluate the clinical value of B-mode ultrasonography in the diagnosis of fetal abnormalities.Methods 128 parturients admitted to our hospital from 2018 to 2019 were selected as the object of observation and evaluation.They were divided into reference group and diagnostic group according to the order of B-mode ultrasound examination,64 cases in each group.Postpartum B-mode ultrasound examination and B-mode ultrasound prenatal examination were carried out respectively,and the abnormalities of fetuses in two groups were observed and compared.Result According to the comparison of postpartum results,the probability of fetal abnormalities in the diagnosis group was lower and the rate of natural delivery was higher,and the difference of research data between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion The prenatal examination of B-mode ultrasonography is helpful to improve the natural delivery rate of parturients.For abnormal development,measures can be taken in advance to reduce the probability of abnormal fetus after birth,which has high clinical application value.
