彩色多普勒超声在早期肾癌筛查中的应用价值

Application of color Doppler ultrasound in early renal cancer screening

目的:探讨早期肾癌的彩色多普勒超声声像图特点及在健康体检筛查中的应用价值。方法:选取2018年9月至2019年9月我院健康管理中心彩超声筛查并经手术病理证实为早期肾癌26例,与手术病理诊断及历年体检资料对照,探讨其超声声像图特点并分析误诊、漏诊原因。结果:早期肾癌的声像图回声及血流表现为多样性,以不均质中低回声病灶最多见占65.4%;其中误诊为错构瘤3例,误诊为囊肿并分隔1例,6例未明确提示,另有2例小肾癌漏诊。结论:彩色多普勒超声检查在健康体检中对早期肾癌筛查具有较高的诊断价值,超声医生应全面掌握肾癌声像图,以提高早期肾癌的筛查率。

Objective To explore the characteristics of color Doppler ultrasonography of early renal cell carcinoma and its application value in health screening.Methods From September 2018 to September 2019,26 cases of early renal cell carcinoma were screened by color Doppler ultrasonography in our hospital health management center and confirmed by operation and pathology.The ultrasonographic characteristics of these cases were discussed and the causes of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis were analyzed.Results The sonographic echo and blood flow manifestations of early renal cell carcinoma were diverse,with heterogeneous low and moderate echo lesions accounting for 65.4%.Among them,3 cases were misdiagnosed as hamartoma,1 case was misdiagnosed as cyst and segregated,6 cases were not clearly indicated,and 2 cases were missed diagnosis of small renal cell carcinoma.Conclusions Color ultrasonography is of high diagnostic value in early screening of renal cell carcinoma in physical examination.Ultrasound doctors should have a comprehensive understanding of renal carcinoma sonograms in order to improve the screening rate of early renal cell carcinoma.
