Transabdominal and transvaginal intervention therapy for appendiceal abscess

目的:探讨经腹经阴道联合介入治疗包裹不全性阑尾周围脓肿的治疗价值。方法:对10例在我科诊断和行经腹经会阴联合介入治疗的包裹不全性阑尾周围脓肿患者进行回顾分析。结果:10例患者全部治愈出院。结论:经腹经会阴联合介入治疗包裹不全性阑尾周围脓肿具有住院时间短,并发症少,病人痛苦少等优点,在包裹不全性阑尾周围脓肿的治疗中具有良好的应用价值,值得推广。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic value of transvaginal and transvaginal intervention for the treatment of Incomplete package appendiceal abscess.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 10 patients with incomplete appendicea abscess who underwent combined interventional therapy in our department.Results All 10 patients were cured and discharged.Conclusion Combined interventional therapy for the incomplete package appendiceal abscess has the advantages of short hospitalization,less complications and less pain.It has good application value in the treatment of appendiceal abscess.It is worthy of promotion.
