超声介入微创组织病理活检技术在甲状腺结节诊断中的临床意义分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探究超声介入微创组织病理活检技术在甲状腺结节诊断中的医学价值。方法在该院2016年1月—2017年1月期间收治的甲状腺结节患者中,择取120例患者作为研究对象,所有患者均接受超声介入微创组织病理活检,以手术病理诊断结果作为金标准,与超声介入微创主治病理活检结果作对比,分析其临床诊断效果。结果120例患者全部穿刺成功顺利取材,其中共有良性结节85例(70.83%),恶性结节35例(29.17%),手术病理学结果为良性结节83例(69.17%),恶性结节37例(30.83%),超声介入微创组织病理活检诊断正确率为98.33%(118/120),假阴性率为1.67%(2/120),无假阳性(χ^2=10.271,P=0.067);结节直径在0.5~1.0 cm的诊断正确率为97.80%(89/91),1.1~1.6cm的诊断正确率为100.00%(29/29),组间差异无统计学意义(χ^2=12.252,P=0.71)。结论超声介入微创组织病理活检技术在甲状腺结节中诊断正确率高,可为临床提供有价值的参考依据,值得在临床上进行大规模应用推行。 Objective To explore the medical value of ultrasound interventional minimally invasive histopathological biopsy in the diagnosis of thyroid nodules.Methods A total of 120 patients were enrolled in the thyroid nodules admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017.All patients underwent ultrasound-invasive minimally invasive histopathological biopsy.The gold standard was compared with the results of ultrasound interventional minimally invasive treatment pathological biopsy to analyze its clinical diagnosis.Results All the 120 patients underwent successful puncture.Among them,85 patients(70.83%)had benign nodules,35 patients(29.17%)had malignant nodules,and 83 cases(69.17%)had benign nodules.The malignant nodes were malignant of 37 cases(30.83%),the correct rate of ultrasonography minimally invasive histopathological biopsy was 98.33%(118/120),the false negative rate was 1.67%(2/120),and there was no false positive,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=10.271,P=0.067).The diagnostic accuracy of nodules with a diameter of 0.5-1.0 cm was 97.80%(89/91),and the diagnostic accuracy of 1.1-1.6 cm was 100.00%(29/29).There was no significant difference between the groups,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=12.252,P=0.71).Conclusion Ultrasound-invasive minimally invasive histopathological biopsy has a high diagnostic accuracy in P thyroid nodules,which can provide a valuable reference for clinical application.It is worthy of clinical application.
