麻杏石甘汤配合中药贴敷疗法治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘60例探究

Study on 60 Cases of Cough Variant Asthma Treated by Maxing Shigan Decoction Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的探讨麻杏石甘汤配合中药贴敷疗法治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果。方法选择该院从2018年1月—2019年3月期间收治的60例咳嗽变异性哮喘作为该次研究对象,在随机分组后,共分为观察组和对照组两组,每组各有30例患者,对照组采用博利康尼加酮替芬进行治疗,观察组采用麻杏石甘汤配合中药贴敷进行治疗,观察对比两组患者经不同治疗方式治疗后的疗效、不良反应以及复发率。结果观察组与对照组治疗的疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者复发率为6.7%,而对照组患者的复发率则为30.0%,观察组明显低于对照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.455,P<0.05),同时观察组患者不良反应的发生率也低于对照组,其分别为3.3%、20.0%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.043,P<0.05)。结论在治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的患者时,采用麻杏石甘汤配合中药贴敷疗法对患者进行治疗,能够有效的降低患者疾病的复发率与不良反应的发生率,临床效果显著,具有临床推广应用的价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of Maxing Shigan Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine on cough variant asthma.Methods Sixty patients with cough variant asthma admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to March 2019 were enrolled in this study.After randomization,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.For the patients,the control group was treated with botanic ketone and ketotifen.The observation group was treated with Maxing Shigan Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine.The efficacy,adverse reactions and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared after treatment with different treatments.Results There was no difference between the observation group and the control group.There was no statistical significance(P>0.05).The recurrence rate was 6.7%in the observation group and 30.0%in the control group.The observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^2=5.455,P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions was also lower in the observation group than in the control group,which were 3.3%and 20.0%,respectively.The differences produced by the comparison formed statistical significance(χ^2=4.043,P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with cough variant asthma,the treatment of patients with Maxing Shigan Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine application therapy can effectively reduce the recurrence rate and incidence of adverse reactions of patients with clinical manifestations and clinical promotion and application.
