在贫血鉴别诊断中血液检验红细胞参数的诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of Blood Test Red Blood Cell Parameters in Differential Diagnosis of Anemia

目的评估血液检验红细胞参数用于贫血鉴别诊断中的检验意义。方法将该医院收入80例贫血患者参考贫血类型不同分组,选自2017年5月—2019年4月,将其中40例巨幼贫血患者纳入试验1组,将40例缺铁性贫血患者纳入试验2组,同期选择40名健康体检者纳入对照组,均予以血液检验红细胞参数测定,分析3组检验结果。结果试验1组红细胞计数测定值、红细胞比积测定值、血红蛋白测定值(6.50±0.67)×10^12/L、(55.76±3.40)%、(102.85±8.80)g/L与试验2组相关测定结果(5.31±0.40)×10^12/L、(26.70±4.13)%、(86.70±7.79)g/L相比较更高,差异有统计学意义(t=9.645、34.356、8.690,P=0.000、0.000、0.000<0.05),试验1组红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度测定值、红细胞平均体积测定值、红细胞体积平均分布宽度测定值(22.13±1.30)pg/L、(73.60±5.78)fL、(16.70±2.34)%与试验2组相关测定结果(26.10±2.56)pg/L、(76.30±6.12)fL、(25.67±3.40)%相比较更低,差异有统计学意义(t=8.745、2.028、13.744,P=0.000、0.045、0.000<0.05)。结论在贫血鉴别诊断中采用血液检验红细胞参数存在重要检验价值。

Objective To evaluate the significance of blood test red blood cell parameters in the differential diagnosis of anemia.Methods 80 patients with anemia in the hospital were divided into different groups according to the type of anemia.From May 2017 to April 2019,40 patients with giant anemia were included in the trial group 1 and 40 patients with iron deficiency anemia were included in the experimental group 2,40 healthy subjects were selected into the control group at the same time.Blood samples were measured for red blood cell parameters,and the results of the three groups were analyzed.Results In the test group 1,the red blood cell count value,the red blood cell ratio measurement value,the hemoglobin measurement value(6.50±0.67)×10^12/L,(55.76±3.40)%,(102.85±8.80)g/L and the test 2 group correlation test results(5.31±0.40)×10^12/L,(26.70±4.13)%,(86.70±7.79)g/L.The difference was statistically significant(t=9.645,34.356,8.690,P=0.000,0.000,0.000<0.05).The mean hemoglobin concentration of red blood cells in the test group,the average volume of red blood cells,and the average distribution of red blood cells.The width measurements(22.13±1.30)pg/L,(73.60±5.78)fL,(16.70±2.34)%were lower than those of the two groups(26.10±2.56)pg/L,(76.30±6.12)fL,(25.67±3.40)%,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.745,2.028,13.744,P=0.000,0.045,0.000<0.05).Conclusion The use of blood test red blood cell parameters in the differential diagnosis of anemia has important test value.
