摘要
目的研究窦汇区脑膜瘤手术中显微技术的应用价值。方法选择该院2013年6月—2018年8月收取的窦汇区脑膜瘤患者作为该次研究患者或研究对象,并采用“电脑随机法”将100例窦汇区脑膜瘤患者进行分组,主要包括两组,其中观察组、实施显微外科手术治疗;对照组、实施常规手术治疗,将两组并发症情况、肿瘤切除情况、平均输血量进行对比。结果观察组窦汇区脑膜瘤患者并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=8.274,P<0.05)。观察组窦汇区脑膜瘤患者Ⅰ级30例,所占比60.00%;Ⅱ级10例,所占比20.00%;Ⅲ级6例,所占比12.00%;Ⅳ级4例,所占比8.00%。全切除率为92.00%与对照组相比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=15.413,P<0.05)。观察组窦汇区脑膜瘤患者平均输血量(356.32±2.36)mL少于对照组(1123.62±285)mL,差异有统计学意义(t=1466.274,P<0.05)。结论窦汇区脑膜瘤手术中显微技术的应用能够显著提高治疗成功率,且并发症低,值得研究。
Objective To study the application value of microscopy in the operation of meningioma in sinus area.Methods The patients with sinus area meningioma collected from June 2013 to August 2018 to the hospital were selected as the study patients or subjects,and 100 cases of Douhui District were adopted by"computer randomization method".Meningioma patients were divided into two groups,including the observation group and microsurgery treatment;the control group and routine surgery were performed,and the complications,tumor resection and average blood transfusion were compared.Results The incidence of complications in meningioma patients in the sinus area was lower than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=8.274,P<0.05).In the observation group,30 cases of grade I meningioma in the sinus area,accounting for 60.00%;10 cases of grade II,accounting for 20.00%;6 cases of grade III,accounting for 12.00%;4 cases of grade IV,accounting for 8.00%.The total resection rate was 92.00%compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=15.413,P<0.05).The average transfusion volume(356.32±2.36)mL of the meningioma patients in the observation group was less than that of the control group(1123.62±285)mL,and the difference was statistically significant(t=1466.274,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of microscopy in the treatment of meningioma in sinus area can significantly improve the success rate of treatment,and the complications are low,which is worthy of study.
