奥扎格雷钠联用降栓酶治疗急性脑血栓的效果分析

Effect of Sodium Ozagrel Combined with Thrombolytic Therapy on Acute Cerebral Thrombosis

目的探讨奥扎格雷钠联用降栓酶治疗急性脑血栓的效果情况。方法分析2016年2月—2018年2月该院收治的脑血栓患者90例临床资料,常规治疗组40例和综合治疗组50例。观察两组脑血栓患者治疗前后神经功能评分和生活能力评分情况,观察两组急性脑血栓患者的疗效情况。结果两组患者治疗前神经功能评分和生活能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后常规治疗组和综合治疗组患者神经功能评分(30.2±3.6)分、(25.7±3.9)分均低于该组治疗前(34.7±2.8)分、(33.6±3.5)分(t=6.490、10.090,P<0.05),生活能力评分(78.4±9.9)分、(88.8±10.2)分均高于该组治疗前(67.9±10.2)分、(64.8±9.6)分(t=4.930、11.460),综合治疗组患者治疗后神经功能评分均低于常规治疗组(t=5.630),生活能力评分均高于常规治疗组(t=4.890),综合治疗组患者临床治疗总有效率98.0%高于常规治疗组90.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=3.700,P<0.05)。结论奥扎格雷钠联用降栓酶治疗急性脑血栓患者,降低神经功能损伤,提高生活能力和临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of sodium ozagrel combined with thrombolytic therapy on acute cerebral thrombosis.Methods The clinical data of 90 patients with cerebral thrombosis admitted to the hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were analyzed.There were 40 patients in the conventional treatment group and 50 patients in the comprehensive treatment group.The neurological function scores and viability scores of the patients with cerebral thrombosis before and after treatment were observed.The curative effect of patients with acute cerebral thrombosis was observed.Results There were no significant differences in the pre-treatment neurological scores and viability scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the neurological function scores(30.2±3.6)points and(25.7±3.9)points in the conventional treatment group and the comprehensive treatment group.The average score was lower than that before the treatment(34.7±2.8)points,(33.6±3.5)points(t=6.490,10.090,P<0.05),and the ability of life score(78.4±9.9)points and(88.8±10.2)points were higher than that before treatment(67.9±10.2)points,(64.8±9.6)points(t=4.930,11.460,P<0.05),the neurological scores of the patients in the comprehensive treatment group were lower than those in the conventional treatment group(t=5.630),and the life ability scores were higher than the conventional treatment group(t=4.890),the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the comprehensive treatment group was 98.0%higher than that in the conventional treatment group,90.0%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=3.700,P<0.05).Conclusion Ozagrel sodium combined with thrombolytic therapy for acute cerebral thrombosis,reduce neurological damage,improve living ability and clinical efficacy,it is worthy of clinical application.
