他克莫司软膏联合窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗白癜风的临床效果评价

Clinical Evaluation of Tacrolimus Ointment Combined with Narrow-band Ultraviolet Radiation in the Treatment of Vitiligo

目的探究将窄谱中波紫外线照射联合他克莫司软膏应用于白癜风患者治疗中的效果,评价其对患者精神状态、神经功能造成的影响,分析其治疗安全性。方法该次研究中所有实验对象均为该院皮肤科门诊2015年4月—2018年6月间就诊的白癜风患者,患者属于就诊后建立照射资料管理中的42例,作为该次实验的研究对象,通过随机分组法将患者进行两组均分,记录为对照组(n=21)与实验组(n=21)。对照组患者应用他克莫司软膏进行治疗,实验组患者则在此治疗基础上加用窄谱中波紫外线照射进行治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后的治疗总有效率和患者治疗后不良反应发生状况,分析组间差异。结果两治疗完成后,实验组患者的治疗总有效率数据记录为90.48%,其实验数据对比分析高于对照组患者的57.14%,数据差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.035,P=0.014)。实验组患者治疗后的不良反应发生率与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在对白癜风患者进行治疗时,应用窄谱中波紫外线照射配合他克莫司软膏进行联合用药,能够有助于改善患者皮肤的皮损状况以及白斑状况,有助于减轻患者白癜风状况,对于患者预后改善来说有积极意义,同时也不易引起患者发生其他用药不良反应,是一种安全且有效的治疗方案,值得推广使用。

Objective To investigate the effect of narrow-band UV-irradiation combined with tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of vitiligo patients,evaluate its influence on mental state and neurological function,and analyze its treatment safety.Methods All the subjects in this study were vitiligo patients who were treated in the dermatology clinic of the hospital from April 2015 to June 2018.The patients belonged to 42 cases of radiation data management after the visit,as the study of this experimental subjects,patients were divided into two groups by random grouping and recorded as control group(n=21)and experimental group(n=21).Patients in the control group were treated with tacrolimus ointment.Patients in the experimental group were treated with narrow-spectrum UV-B radiation on the basis of this treatment.The total effective rate of treatment before and after treatment and the adverse reactions after treatment were compared between the two groups,analysis of differences between groups.Results After the completion of the two treatments,the total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was recorded as 90.48%,and the comparative analysis of the experimental data was higher than that of the control group(57.14%).The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.035,P=0.014).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the experimental group and the control group,which was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with vitiligo,the combination of narrow-band UV-irradiation combined with tacrolimus ointment can help improve the skin lesions and white spots of patients,and help to reduce the condition of vitiligo in patients.It is of positive significance for the improvement of the prognosis of patients,and it is not easy to cause other adverse drug reactions in patients.It is a safe and effective treatment plan and it is worth promoting.
