宫颈机能不全的经阴道超声诊断价值评价

Value of transvaginal ultrasound in diagnosis of cervical incompetence

目的:评价经阴道超声检查对宫颈机能不全的诊断价值。方法:分析25例宫颈机能不全患者非孕期及孕16~18周宫颈长度并与同时期健康孕妇相对照。结果:CIC患者非孕期宫颈长度及孕1~18周的宫颈长度低于均健康对照组。结论:经阴道超声检查宫颈长度对评估CIC具有一定价值。

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasound for CIC.Methods The length of cervix of 25 patients without pregnancy and 16 to 18 weeks of gestation were analyzed and compared with healthy pregnant women.Results The length of cervix of the non-pregnant patients with CIC and the length of cervix at 16~18 weeks were lower than that of the healthy control group.Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasound examination of cervical length is valuable in evaluating CIC.
