乳腺数字X线检查联合多普勒超声检查对乳腺良恶性病变诊断效能研究

Diagnostic efficacy of digital mammography combined with Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions

目的:观察乳腺数字X线检查联合多普勒超声检查对乳腺良恶性病变诊断价值。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年5月期间在我院收治的乳腺良恶性病变病人80例作为研究对象,对所有病人进行乳腺数字X线检查和多普勒超声检查。对比单独行乳腺数字X线检查、单独行多普勒超声检查及两种检查联合的诊断准确率。结果:联合检查准确率高于单独行乳腺数字X线检查或者单独行多普勒超声检查准确率(P<0.05),组间数据差异明显,差异存在统计学意义。结论:乳腺数字X线检查联合多普勒超声检查,对乳腺良恶性病变病人诊断准确率更高,显影清晰,减少误诊率和漏诊率,临床价值显著。

Objective To observe the diagnostic value of digital X-ray examination combined with Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions.Methods Eighty patients with benign and malignant breast lesions admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 were enrolled in the study.All patients underwent digital mammography and Doppler ultrasonography.The diagnostic accuracy of the combined mammography digital X-ray examination,single-line Doppler ultrasonography,and the combination of the two examinations was compared.Results The accuracy of the combined examination was higher than that of the single mammography or the Doppler ultrasound alone(P<0.05).The difference between the groups was significant,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Digital digital X-ray examination combined with Doppler ultrasonography has a higher diagnostic accuracy and clear development in patients with benign and malignant breast lesions,reducing the rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.The clinical value is significant.
