Assessment of left ventricular wall motion state of old anterior myocardial infarction by illustration of the bull eye from real-time three-dimensional echocardiography

目的:实时三维超声牛眼图评价陈旧性前壁心梗患者室壁运功幅度的临床价值。方法:陈旧性前壁心肌梗死患者50例。结果:心梗组EA、SD、Emax、Emin均小于正常组,SD/EA大于正常组(P<0.001),结论:牛眼图(IBE)可直观评价左室室壁运功幅度改变。

Objective To assess the value of left ventricular wall motion state of old anterior myocardial infarction by illustration of the bull eye from real-time three-dimensional echocardiography.Methods Fifty patients with old anterior myocardial infarction.Results SD/EA was larger and EA,SD,Emax,Emin were less in infarction than those of the control proup(P﹤0.001).Conclusion The left ventricular wall motion can be directly evaluated by IBE.
