培养青年马克思主义者是新时代交给高校的一项紧迫而又艰巨的系统任务,本文基于“大思政”格局,用SWOT方式分析当前高校青年马克思主义者培养的政策优势、机遇以及面临的问题,提出构建契合新时代需求的培养体系与提升质量路径的建议。

Training young Marxists is an urgent and arduous systematic task given to colleges and universities in the new era.Based on the situation of"comprehensive ideological and political education",SWOT analysis is used to analyze the current policy advantages,opportunities,and problems faced by the training of young Marxists in colleges and universities,and suggestions to build a cultivation system and a path of quality improvement that meets the needs of the new era are put forward.
