新时代背景下输血医学人才培养模式的探讨

Research on the Cultivating Mode of Transfusion Medical Talents under the Background of New Era

2016年7月30日,输血医学正式成为临床医学二级学科,输血医学也迎来了新的机遇和发展点。然而目前,输血医学人才培养模式尚未完全建立,且依然参照既往医学检验专业人才的培养模式来执行,处于定位“模糊”和断档状态。因此,亟需建立一个新的输血医学人才培养模式,培养高素质的输血医学专业人才,抓住新时代背景下的发展契机,拓展输血医学的发展空间,让输血更好地迈入新时代。

On July 30,2016,transfusion medicine officially became the second-level discipline of clinical medicine,and transfusion medicine also ushered in new opportunities and development points.However,transfusion medical personnel training model has not been fully established now,and it is still implemented with reference to the training mode of the previous medical examination professionals,and is in a state of"fuzzy"and broken state.Therefore,it is urgent to establish a new transfusion medical personnel training model,cultivate high-quality transfusion medicine professionals,seize the development opportunities in the new era,expand the development space of transfusion medicine,and make blood transfusion better into a new era.
