This paper systematically describes the pre-hospital primary assessment,special nursing evaluation and special nursing intervention of craniocerebral traffic injury,describes how to save life-threatening injury and achieve the balance of cerebral oxygen supply and demand through management of breathing,liquid,intracranial pressure and cerebral perfusion pressure,so as to prevent and reduce secondary brain injury.
