185.24%。 Polypropylene/Polybutene-1(PP/PB) blends were prepared by Haake twin-screw extruder. The effects of the melt flow rate(MFR) and content of PB on the rheological properties and mechanical properties of PP were investigated. The results show that PP and PB have good compatibility. When the mass fraction of PB is 30%, the MFR of PP/PB200(MFR is 200 g/10 min) blending material is 37.90 g/10 min, which is about 4.15 times of pure PP. The MFR of PP/PB0.5(MFR is 0.5 g/10 min) blendeds is 7.59 g/10 min, which is 16.87% lower than that of pure PB. The melt strength of the PP/PB blend decreases with the increase of PB MFR;when the PB MFR is 0.5 g/10 min, the PP has a significant strengthening and toughening effect. The tensile strength of PP/PB blends is 31.11 MPa, and the impact strength is 48.52 kJ/m^2, which is 28.82% and 185.24% higher than that of pure PP.
