CPE/EPDM基钢结构防火卷材的改性研究

摘要 以氯化聚乙烯(CPE),三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)作为基料,聚磷酸铵(APP)、三聚氰胺(MEL)、季戊四醇(PER)为膨胀阻燃体系制备了CPE/EPDM钢结构防火卷材,利用极限氧指数、烟密度测试、垂直燃烧测试、热重分析以及耐火极限测试等方法研究了不同含量的硼酚醛树脂(FB)对卷材性能的影响。结果表明:随着酚醛树脂含量的增加,氧指数提高,烟密度等级不断降低,且FB能提高卷材的第三阶段分解温度,增大残炭含量,对CPE/EPDM基防火卷材的防火性能改善明显。 Steel structure fireproof coil based on chlorinated polyethylene(CPE)/ethylene propylene diene(EPDM) was prepared by using CPE, EPDM rubber as the base material, ammonium polyphosphate(APP), melamine(MEL) and pentaerythritol(PER) as the intumescent flame retardant system. Structural fireproof coils were investigated for their effects on the properties of coils using different levels of boron phenolic resin(FB) using limiting oxygen index, smoke density test, vertical burning test, thermogravimetric analysis and fire endurance test. The results show that with the increase of phenolic resin content, the oxygen index increases, and the smoke density level decreases continuously, FB can increase the decomposition temperature of the third stage of the coil and increase the residual carbon content, which improves the fire performance of CPE/EPDM system.
