摘要 通过对比分析聚乙烯(PE)保护膜2420H与市场标杆产品的结构组成,找出了2420H晶点形成的原因,采取调整反应工艺、控制生产开停工过程粘壁和挤压过程凝胶含量、脱除颗粒粉尘含量、改造实施洁净包装车间等手段,降低了产品晶点数量,满足了微晶PE保护膜的质量要求。 Through the comparative analysis of polyethylene(PE) protective film 2420 H and the structure of the market product benchmarking, the reason for 2420 H crystal form was finded out. By adjusting the reaction process, controlling production shutdown process and extrusion wall sticking of gel content, removing dust particles content, transformation and implementation of clean packaging workshop and other means, the crystal point number of the product was reduced, and the quality requirements of microcrystalline PE protective film were met.
