煤基流延膜PP专用树脂3225M开发及性能研究

摘要 通过生产工艺和助剂配方优化,在国家能源集团宁夏煤业有限责任公司50万t/a Novolen聚丙烯装置上,采用氢调法成功开发出了高透明聚丙烯流延膜专用树脂新产品3225M,并测试了产品的各项性能。结果表明,产品红外光谱曲线、熔融结晶曲线、动态热力学曲线十分相似;产品具有较低的结晶度和玻璃化转变温度,可以满足流延膜制品的透明性、韧性和低温使用性能要求。产品出厂指标中熔体流动速率为7.14~8.23 g/10 min,冲击强度为5.0~5.4 kJ/m^2,雾度为0.8%~1.3%,熔融温度为148.2~151.4℃,产品质量稳定,各项性能达到指标要求。 Through the production process adjustment and optimization of additive formulation, a new product of high transparent polypropylene cast film(CPP) special resin 3225 M was successfully developed on the China Energy Ningxia Coal Industry Limited Liability Company 500 kt/a Novolen polypropylene plant by hydrogen modulation method, and the performance of the product was tested. The results show that: The infrared spectrum curve, melt crystallization curve and dynamic thermomechanical curve of the product are very similar;the product has low crystallinity and glass transition temperature, which can meet the requirements of transparency, toughness and low temperature performance of cast film products. Product factory indicators show that the melt flow rate is 7.14~8.23 g/10 min, the impact strength is 5.0~5.4 kJ/m^2, the haze is 0.8%~1.3%, the melting temperature is 148.2~151.4 ℃, the product quality is stable, and the performance meets the index requirements.
