摘要 制备了长玻璃纤维增强硬质聚氨酯泡沫复合材料。研究了发泡剂水和HCFC-141b对纯泡沫内部温度的影响,以及玻纤增强复合材料体系的固化时间和异氰酸酯指数(R值)对其力学性能的影响。结果表明,以HCFC-141b为发泡剂的体系放热量比水作发泡剂的放热量低,体系达到的最高温度较低。当异氰酸酯指数为1.05时,玻纤增强聚氨酯硬泡有较高的压缩强度,达到83.3 MPa。 Long glass fiber reinforced rigid polyurethane foam composite was prepared.The effect of blowing agent water and HCFC-141b on the inner temperature of rigid foam was studied.The effects of curing time and isocyanate index(R value)on mechanical properties of glass fiber reinforced foam composite were studied.The results showed that the heat release of HCFC-141b blown system was lower than that of water blown foam,so the highest temperature was lower.The composite had higher compression strength of 83.3 MPa when R value was 1.05.
