日本校园足球“走训制”训练模式及启示

The Training Model and Enlightenment of After School Training System of Japanese Campus Football

运用调查法和逻辑分析法等研究日本校园足球"走训制"模式的成功经验及对我国校园足球发展的启示。主要结论:日本校园足球"走训制"的成功主要得益于"顶层设计"科学合理,管理体制科学高效;教育为先,体育为后,体育与教育融合发展;校园足球与校外足球有效衔接。对我国的启示:校园足球与职业足球有效衔接,积极借鉴广州富力足球青训模式;转变教育理念,处理好"学训矛盾";有效整合业余足球俱乐部训练资源,完善相关扶持政策和管理监督办法。

By using the methods of investigation and logical analysis,the paper studies the successful experience of after school training system model of Japanese campus football and its enlightenment to the development of campus football in China.Main conclusions:The success of after school training system of Japanese campus football is mainly due to the scientific and rational top-level design,scientific and efficient management system;education comes the first,then sports,and the integration on sports and education;the effective link between campus football and off-campus football.Enlightenment to China’s campus football’s development:effective convergence of campus football and professional football,which can be learnt from the model of youth football training from Guangzhou Fuli Football Club;change educational concepts to handle the contradiction between learning and training;integrate the training resources of amateur football clubs effectively to improve relevant supporting policies and management supervision methods.
