英国校园足球发展特征及启示

Research on the Development Characteristics and Enlightenment of British Campus Football

运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等,对英国校园足球发展进行研究。研究发现,英国校园足球历经工业革命下的肇始、福利国家下的推进、新自由主义思想下的曲折、布莱尔政府之后的提速四个历史阶段后,最终形成了良好的发展格局。其发展特征主要表现为:竞赛组织有序,培养体系严密;教学资源丰富,教学理念先进;校园内外联动,志愿服务夯实;政策规划合理,法律保障到位。对我国的启示:深化校园足球理念,制定系统的校园足球教学大纲;完善志愿者服务机制,构建足球发展衔接整合机制;优化足球资源投入结构,加强多元化治理体系建设;营造良好的竞赛选拔环境,推进顶层设计与法制建设。

By using literature reviews,logic analysis and some other research methods,this paper studies the development of British campus football.The study found that the British campus football experienced period of industrial revolution,the advancement of the welfare state,the twists and turns of neoliberalism,and the speed of the Blair government,and finally formed a stable development pattern.The development characteristics are mainly as follows:the competition organized well with a quite strict training system;the teaching resources are rich with advanced training concept;the internal and external campus have been linked together with comprehensive volunteer service system;the policy should be well planned for the guarantee on legal system.Enlightenment to China:deepen the concept of campus football,formulate a systematic campus football syllabus;improve the volunteer service mechanism,build a football development linkage integration mechanism;optimize the football resource input structure,strengthen the diversified governance system;create a good competition selection environment,promote top-level design and legal system construction.
