强制隔离戒毒男性人格特征与自我控制及复吸倾向的关系

Relationship among personality characteristics,self-control and relapse tendency in male addicts in compulsory isolation

目的:探讨强制隔离戒毒男性的人格特征、自我控制与复吸倾向之间的关系。方法:选取甘肃某强制戒毒所强制隔离戒毒男性635名,采用复吸倾向性调查表(RTQ)、中国大五人格问卷(CBF-PI-B)、自我控制量表(SCS)测量复吸倾向、人格特征和自我控制水平。结果:强制隔离戒毒男性的RTQ总分为(31.5±13.8);SCS总分、吸毒年限与RTQ总分正向关联(β=0.26、0.17,均P<0.001),人格特征中的严谨性、宜人性得分和年龄与RTQ总分负向关联(β=-0.12、-0.08、-0.09,均P<0.05)。结论:强制隔离戒毒男性的人格特征和自我控制与复吸倾向关系密切。

Objective:To explore the relationship among personality characteristics,self-control and relapse tendency in male under compulsory isolation detoxification.Methods:A total of 635 male addicts in compulsory isolation in a compulsory drug rehabilitation center in Gansu were selected to measure the relapse tendency,personality characteristics and self-control level with the Relapse Tendency Questionnaire(RTQ),Chinese Big Five Personality Inventory brief version(CBF-PI-B)and Self-Control Scale(SCS).Results:The average total RTQ score in the malesunder compulsory isolation detoxification was(31.5±13.8).The SCS total scores and years of drug abuse were positively correlated with RTQ total scores(β=0.26,0.17,Ps<0.001),and conscientiousness,agreeableness and age in personality traits were negatively correlated with RTQ total scores(β=-0.12,-0.08,-0.09,Ps<0.05).Conclusion:It suggests that the relapse tendency in the males under compulsory isolation detoxification are closely related to personality characteristics and self-control.
