反馈对不同冲动性水平大学生行为抑制的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究有、无反馈的go/no-go任务对不同冲动性水平的大学生行为抑制的影响。方法:采用Barratt冲动性量表(BIS-11)筛选出高(n=64)、低冲动性水平(n=53)的大学生,按照性别与家庭所在地配对,随机分为高冲动有反馈组(n=37)、低冲动有反馈组(n=28)和高冲动无反馈组(n=27)、低冲动无反馈组(n=25),采用go/no-go任务范式及其在反应后加入即时反馈的该任务变式为实验任务。结果:在刺激概率为60%时,高冲动无反馈及低冲动有反馈组反应时均高于80%(P<0.05或P<0.01)。反馈提高了高冲动组在60%[(0.96±0.01)vs.(0.93±0.01),P<0.01]及80%概率下no-go任务的正确率[(0.90±0.01)vs.(0.83±0.01),P<0.01]。在反馈组中,no-go任务正确率与BIS-11总分及各分量表得分均呈负相关(r=-0.22^-0.50,P<0.05或P<0.01);无反馈组中,no-go任务正确率与BIS-11总分及注意力冲动性、无计划冲动性分量表得分均呈负相关(r=-0.32^-0.51,P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:反馈提高了高冲动性个体的行为抑制水平,但对低冲动组的效果不明显;反馈可能抑制了运动冲动性的产生。 Objective:To explore the effect of go/no-go task with and without feedback on behavioral inhibition in college students with different impulsivity levels.Methods:The Barratt Impulsivity Scale 11 th edition(BIS-11)was used to screen high(n=64)and low(n=53)impulsivity subjects,and they were paired with the family location and the gender,randomly divided into high impulsivity feedback group(n=37),high impulsivity non-feedback group(n=27),low impulsivity feedback group(n=28)and low impulsivity non-feedback group(n=25),using go/no-go task and go/no-go task with immediate feedback after reaction as experimental tasks.Results:In high impulsivity no-feedback group,the reaction time of the 60%probability of stimulation was higher than 80%in go task(P<0.05),and in low impulsivity feedback group the reaction time of the 60%probability of stimulation was higher than 80%in go task(P<0.01).The feedback improved the correct rate of no-go task in the high impulsivity group at 60%[(0.96±0.01)vs.(0.93±0.01),P<0.01]and 80%[(0.90±0.01)vs.(0.83±0.01),P<0.01]probability of stimulation.The correct rate of no-go task was negatively correlated with the total scores of BIS-11 and the scores of subscale as attentional impulsivity,motor impulsivity,and nonplanning impulsivity in the feedback group(r=-0.22--0.50,Ps<0.05).In the no feedback group,the correct rate of no-go task was negatively correlated with the total score of BIS-11 and scores of subscale as attentional impulsivity and nonplanning impulsivity(r=-0.32--0.51,Ps<0.05).Conclusion:It suggests that feedback improves the behavioral inhibition level of high impulsivity individuals,but the effect on the low impulsivity group is not obvious.Feedback may inhibit the motor impulsivity.
