顺光与逆光森林景观图片诱导的大学生焦虑和注意水平 被引量:5

Anxiety and attention level induced by forest landscape images of backlight and frontlight in college students

摘要 目的:探讨相同坡向顺光与逆光森林景观对欣赏者焦虑和注意产生的影响。方法:招募在校大学生61名,随机分为2组,在压力诱导后分别观看森林顺光景观或逆光景观的照片。眼动仪持续采集被试自然体验过程中的眼动信息,状态焦虑量表(S-AI)用于测量体验前后主观焦虑情绪的变化。结果:与顺光组相比,逆光组S-AI得分较低[(32±6)vs.(35±5),P<0.05],欣赏森林景观时单位时间内注视次数较低组[(34.0±10.4)vs.(39.7±9.0),P<0.01],平均注视时间较长[(450.9±211.8)msvs.(377.9±221.0)ms,P<0.01],眨眼频率较高[(0.7±0.2)vs.(0.6±0.2),P<0.05];两组眼跳幅度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:结果表明,逆光景观能更好地恢复定向注意力,并在诱导的压力下更有效地抑制负面情绪。 Objective:To explore the effect of forest landscape of backlight and frontlighton anxiety and attention level in college students.Methods:Sixty-one college students were recruited and randomly divided into two groups.After stress induction,the groups were asked to freely view photographs of one type of forest scene(backlight or front-light).An eye tracker was used to continuously collect eye movement data.Before and after viewing the scenes,the State Anxiety Inventory(S-AI)was used to measure subjective anxiety levels.Results:Compared with front-light group,the backlight group got lower S-AI scores[(32±6)vs.(35±5),P<0.05],fewer number of fixation[(34.0±10.4)vs.(39.7±9.0),P<0.01],longer average fixation duration[(450.9±211.8)ms vs.(377.9±221.0)ms,P<0.01],and higher eye blink rate[(0.7±0.2)vs.(0.6±0.2),P<0.05].There was no significant difference in saccade amplitude between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The results show that backlight landscapes could better restore directed attention,and more effectively inhibit negative mood.
