摘要 为经济有效地脱除燃煤烟气中的NOx,采用鼓泡反应器进行液相ClO2脱除烟气中NOx的实验研究。实验结果表明:相比于其他氧化剂(KMnO4,NaClO2,H2O2),ClO2在较低的质量浓度下对NO具有良好的氧化能力,NO转化效率保持100%。ClO2能够迅速地将NO转化为NO2,却不能进一步氧化为HNO3,并且阻碍水溶液对NO2的吸收作用,ClO2质量浓度和反应温度越高,阻碍效果越明显。烟气中SO2的添加会在一定程度上促进NO2的吸收,而溶液中pH值的变化对吸收作用的影响并不大。当ClO2结合Ca(OH)2溶液进行NO脱除时,NOx的脱除效率可以稳定在96%以上,表明ClO2作为氧化剂在脱除NO的过程中具有良好的应用潜力。 As one of the pollutants in coal-fired flue gas,NOxhas posed a serious hazard to the ecological environment.In order to remove NOxfrom coal-fired flue gas economically and effectively,the bubbling reactor was used to carry out the experimental study on the removal of NOxfrom flue gas by liquid phase ClO2.The experimental results showed that ClO2 had good oxidation ability to NO at a lower concentration than other oxidants(KMnO4,NaClO2,H2O2),and the NO conversion efficiency was maintained at 100%.ClO2 can rapidly convert NO into NO2,but it cannot be further oxidized to HNO3,and hindered the absorption of NO2 by aqueous solution.The higher the concentration and temperature of ClO2 are,the more obvious the inhibitory effect has.The addition of SO2 in the flue gas promoted the absorption of NO2 to a certain extent,and the change of pH in the solution had little effect on the absorption.When ClO2 combined with Ca(OH)2 solution for NO removal,the removal efficiency of NOxcan be stabilized above 96%,indicating that ClO2 as an oxidant has good application potential in removing NO.
