新型鹅细小病毒研究进展

PROGRESS IN THE STUDY OF NOVEL GOOSE PARVOVIRUS

新型鹅细小病毒主要引起发病鸭临床表现为短喙、舌外伸、生长发育受阻的疾病,根据该病临床特征又称为“鸭短喙侏儒综合症”。本文综合了目前最新的新型鹅细小病毒研究,并与经典鹅细小病毒在流行病学、临床症状、生物学特性、检测方法方面进行对比,突出了新型鹅细小病毒在发病宿主、临床和剖检症状、核苷酸序列方面发生的改变,以期为新型鹅细小病毒病的诊断、检测、及流行病学调查提供依据。

Novel goose parvovirus mainly causes the disease of the main clinical characteristics of the Duck short beak,the extension of the tongue and the growth and development.According to the clinical characteristics of the disease,it is called"Duck short beak dwarf syndrome".In this paper,the latest research on the Novel goose parvovirus was summarized and compared with the classical goose parvovirus in epidemiology,clinical symptoms,biological characteristics,detection methods,highlighting the changes of the novel goose parvovirus in the host,clinical and anatomical symptoms,nucleotide sequence.In order to provide a basis for the diagnosis,detection and epidemiological investigation of novel goose parvovirus disease.
