基于“区块链”的高校数字教学资源共建共享

The Construction and Sharing of Digital College Teaching Resources Based on the Block Chain

文章通过分析目前高校教学资源共建共享面临的问题,并结合参与主体需求、职责等特点的不同,提出由基于高校师生的公共链、基于高校内部各部门的私有链以及基于高校联盟的联盟链组成的高校教学资源共建共享整体架构。同时以区块链的分布式架构、激励机制、共识机制和智能合约为底层支撑,设计用户管理模块、虚拟币交易模块、资源管理模块、资源创作模块和版权管理模块五大功能模块。从而调动参与者的建设共享积极性并满足高校师生的个性化需求,以期解决目前教学资源分散、优质资源缺乏、平台管理成本高、版权保护弱、资源安全难以保障等问题。

By analyzing the current problems and the different characteristics of each participant’s requirements and responsibilities,the framework of the construction and sharing of digital college teaching resources which based on the block chain is proposed. The framework is composed of the public chain based on college teachers and students,the private chain based on the departments of each college and the allied chain based on college alliances. At the same time,making the distributed architecture,incentive mechanism,consensus mechanisms and smart contracts of the block chain as the semantic support for the system,five functional modules which are user management module,virtual currency transaction module,resource management module,resource creation module and copyright management module are designed. In this way the initiative of participants to construct and share the resources can be mobilized. Also,the personalized needs of college teachers and students can be met. Meanwhile,the current problems of scattered teaching resources,lack of high-quality resources,high platform management cost,weak copyright protection and low resource security can be solved.
