铁矿粉高温性能特征数之间的关联性研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了快捷地评价铁矿粉高温性能,为烧结配矿提供依据和参考,采用铁矿粉高温性能特征数,对15种不同铁矿粉的高温性能特征数进行了测定。铁矿粉高温性能特征数主要包括同化反应特征数(TH)、流动性能特征数(LD)和粘结强度特征数(BS),它们是根据冶金物理化学和传输原理,将铁矿粉高温反应过程中的反应温度、时间等参数,与实际相结合,同时考虑了温度、生成速率和烧结生产实际温度的影响,建立理论与应用之间的联系,动态地表征反应过程中的行为信息。根据自身粘结相强度与烧结矿转鼓强度有很好的对应关系,在此基础上,分别分析了TH和LD与BS之间的关系。结果表明:当TH和LD均适中时,其BS最好,由此可以推论其成矿的转鼓强度质量也较好。 To evaluate the high temperature performance of iron ore powder quickly and provide a basis and reference for sintering proportioning,the high temperature performance characteristic numbers are used to test the high temperature performance of fifteen different iron ore powder.High temperature performance characteristic numbers of iron ore powder mainly include characteristic number of assimilation reaction(TH),characteristic number of fluidity performance(LD)and characteristic number of bonding strength(BS).They are based on metallurgical physical chemistry and transmission principles,by combining practice with the parameters of reaction temperature and time etc.during high temperature reaction process of iron ore powder and by considering the effect of temperature,rate of production and actual temperature of sintering production,the connection between theory and application is established,and the behavior Information in reaction process is represented dynamically.Based on the good corresponding relationship between self-bonding phase strength and tumbler strength of sinter,the relationships between TH,LD and BS are analyzed respectively.The results show that when TH and LD are all moderate,its BS is the best,therefore it can be inferred that the tumbler strength of sinter is also better.
