摘要 为了更好地对烧结机头灰进行综合利用,以新疆八一钢铁厂的烧结机头电除尘灰为原料,通过水浸-酸浸-中和-焙烧工艺流程进行处理:水浸过程中考察了反应时间、反应温度、液固比对水浸提钾、钠的影响;酸浸过程中考察了盐酸浓度、液固比对分解率的影响。结果表明:在反应时间为10 min、反应温度为100℃、液固比为4∶1、二次水浸的条件下,钾、钠的提取率最高,分别为100%、97.72%;水浸后的渣在盐酸浓度为6 mol/L、液固比为8∶1、109℃的条件下,分解率最高为88.28%,此时烧结机头电除尘灰的总分解率为92.67%。 In order to make better comprehensive utilization of dust from main sintering waste gas dedusting,taking the sinter machine feed end ESP dust of Xinjiang Bayi iron and steel plant as raw material,it is processed by the water immersion-acid leaching-neutralization-roasting process.The effects of reaction time,reaction temperature and liquid-solid ratio on extracting potassium and sodium are investigated during water immersion.The effects of hydrochloric acid concentration and liquid-solid ratio on the decomposition rate are investigated during the acid leaching process.The results show that,under the conditions of reaction time 10 min,reaction temperature 100 ℃,liquid-solid ratio 48∶1 and secondary water immersion,the highest 100% and 97.72% extraction rate of potassium and sodium are achieved respectively;The decomposition rate of the leached residue is 88.28% at most under the conditions of 6 mol/L hydrochloric acid concentration,88∶1 liquid-solid ratio and 109 ℃,and at this time,the total decomposition rate of sinter machine feed end ESP dust is 92.67%.
