摘要
近年来,在绿色发展理念指导下,我国体育用品制造企业加快转型。采用问卷调查法,基于TPB理论,分析我国体育用品制造企业的绿色技术创新主体行为的影响因素及各因素相互作用的机制。结果表明,我国体育用品制造企业的绿色技术创新行为主体态度、绿色技术创新行为的主观规范、绿色技术创新行为主体的感知行为控制通过影响我国体育用品制造企业绿色技术创新行为主体意愿进而影响其绿色技术创新行为。我国体育用品制造企业绿色技术创新行为主体态度、绿色技术创新行为的主观规范、绿色技术创新行为主体的感知行为控制均能通过绿色技术创新行为主体意愿的部分中介效应影响其绿色技术创新行为的发生。基于以上,提出了我国体育用品制造企业加强绿色技术创新的对策。
In recent years, under the guidance of the concept of green development, China’s sporting goods manufacturing enterprises are accelerating transformation and development. Using questionnaire survey method, based on TPB theory, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the green technology innovation behaviors of China’s sporting goods manufacturing enterprises and the interaction mechanism of these factors.The results show that the attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control of green technology innovation of China’s sporting goods manufacturing enterprises affect the green technology innovation willingness of China’s sporting goods manufacturing enterprises, and then affect their green technology innovation behaviors. China’s sports goods manufacturing enterprises’ green technology innovation attitude,subjective norm, and perceived behavior control can affect the occurrence of their green technology innovation behaviors through part of the mediation effect of green technology innovation willingness. Based on the above,the countermeasures for strengthening green technology innovation of China’s sports goods manufacturing enterprises are put forward.
