pH值对Ni-Cr-Mo合金电沉积机制的影响

摘要 采用循环伏安曲线、电化学阻抗谱、扫描电镜、能谱仪等手段,研究了pH值对Ni-Cr-Mo合金电沉积机制的影响。结果表明:当pH值为3.0时,循环伏安曲线的共沉积还原峰最正,电化学阻抗谱的极化电阻最小,Ni-Cr-Mo合金的电沉积最容易发生。当pH值不大于3.0时,Ni-Cr-Mo合金的电沉积受动力学和扩散混合控制;当pH值大于3.0时,Ni-Cr-Mo合金的电沉积受动力学过程控制。随着pH值的增大,Ni-Cr-Mo合金的晶粒尺寸逐渐增大,Cr的质量分数先增大后减小,Ni、Mo的质量分数均先减小后增大。 The effect of pH value on electrodeposition mechanism of Ni-Cr-Mo alloy was investigated using cyclic voltammetry curve,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy and energy disperse spectroscopy.The results showed that when pH value was 3.0,the reduction peak potential of cyclic voltammetry curve was the most positive and polarization resistance of impedance spectroscopy was the smallest,which indicated that electrodeposition of Ni-Cr-Mo alloy was the most easily to occur.When pH value was less than or equal to 3.0,electrodeposition of Ni-Cr-Mo alloy was controlled by dynamics and diffusion process.When pH value was greater than 3.0,electrodeposition of Ni-Cr-Mo alloy was controlled by dynamics process.With the increase of pH value,the grain size of Ni-Cr-Mo alloy increased gradually,the mass fraction of Cr increased first and then decreased,while the mass fraction of Ni and Mo decreased first and then increased.
